- In the case of any valid claim, We offer our customers a ‘Refund and/or Exchange Policy’ within three (03) days of delivery. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Refund process begins after our Quality Control (QC) personnel have completed and reported due inspection on your returned product. The quality check process may take 1 to 2 days from the date we receive the returned item. We will notify you of the result as soon as the quality check is complete.
